These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 2555db platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By using our service through the 2555db website, mobile version or any other channel, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1 General Terms

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the 2555db platform:

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, address or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in permanent closure of all accounts and the associated funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. Any changes to your information must be reported to our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Allowing anyone else to access your account is a violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposit amounts will be credited to your account immediately, however bank transfers may take some time to process. 2555db is not responsible for currency conversion fees or third-party charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may only be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal. Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

2555db complies with all applicable financial regulations. We may request additional verification documents for suspicious transactions. Any illegal or fraudulent financial activity will be subject to legal action.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager an amount equal to 15 times the total bonus before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Certain games may carry different contribution rates toward wagering calculations.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers must be claimed within the time limit — expired offers will be considered void.
• Any previously active bonus must be completed or cancelled before claiming a new bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings that become withdrawable after wagering requirements are met can be cashed out.
• 2555db reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any offer.
• Any attempt to fraudulently exploit bonuses will result in cancellation of the bonus and related winnings.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

2555db uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) and verified third-party technology to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Each game result is entirely independent and not dependent on previous results.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any result, balance or payout displayed as a result of a technical or software error will not be considered valid. 2555db reserves the right to reverse payments made as a result of such errors. If a technical problem occurs, notify the support team immediately.

6.3 Service Disruptions

Game services may occasionally be disrupted due to maintenance, upgrades or other reasons. 2555db will make decisions regarding bets placed on games in progress at such times in accordance with applicable policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2555db platform:

• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated software, bots or hacking tools.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.
• Conducting illegal money laundering or fraudulent financial activities.
• Participating in collusion or organized fraud with other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity or another person's identity.
• Threatening or harassing other users or staff of the platform.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, funds may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 2555db

2555db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud or abuse; failure to complete identity verification; order from a court or legal authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If outstanding bonus wagering requirements have not been met at the time of account closure, the bonus funds will be cancelled. However, your own deposited funds will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

2555db provides its platform on an "as is" basis. 2555db accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses to games or bets caused by internet connection failures.
• Losses resulting from careless disclosure of your own account details.
• Delays or losses caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Losses due to any force majeure circumstances beyond our control.

2555db's total liability will in no case exceed the actual amount you deposited during the relevant period. 2555db is not responsible for financial losses arising from the normal wins and losses of gambling.
